Bhan Deonarine was awared an Honorary Board Member Status at the AGM for his many years of great work for cricket in Nova Scotia.

October 27, 2011 - Nova Scotia Cricket Association Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM is schedueled for Saturday, Oct29th / 2011, at 2786 Agricola St (Bloom Field Rec Center) from 3PM to 5PM.

All members are requested to attend.

October 26, 2011 - AIL Indoor Cricket League officially announced

The Nova Scotia Cricket Association proudly announces that AIL Satti will be sponsoring the all new indoor cricket league in Halifax this coming 2011/12 winter season. An ecstatic NSCA President, Tushar Sehgal, stated "This is a tremendously welcome commitment from AIL Satti to partner with us in furthering the development of cricket in Nova Scotia. We have seen substantial growth in participation in our sport the past few years since the beginning of the summer Halifax Cricket League in 2010. This indoor league now allows us to continue growing and providing opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to get involved in playing cricket all year round."

AIL Satti is part of the insurance company AIL Canada and is situated in Lacewood Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia. For more details on how to sign up to play cricket in Halifax in either the winter or summer leagues, please direct your enquiries via email to: novascotiacricket@gmail.com
